The Seasons of Ayurveda Course is offered on a quarterly basis and is dedicated to sharing the insights, wisdom, and general practices of an Ayurvedic lifestyle in the Modern World.
This course offers an in-depth exploration of the 3 core pillars of Ayurveda: Digestion, Sleep & Energy. Through a small group learning environment, we will uncover the fundamental practices and ways to optimize each of these areas of our lives.
Digestion is key to our health. What we eat, the spices and herbs we cook with, and the way we metabolism and assimilate nutrients is a significant factor in the quality of our lives.
Sleep is vital in how our brain functions and plays into our emotional capacity for everyday experiences. The ability to cultivate a healthy sleep pattern affects each and every part of our day.
Energy is determined by the activities we do, the choices we make, as well as our attitudes and beliefs. Having energy allows us to participate in meaningful work, reach our goals, and show up for those we care about.
This course is for anyone who is interested in learning the basics of Ayurveda, and how these practices can be applied to transform our relationship to food, the quality of our sleep, and our mental and physical energy on a day to day basis.
