Cooking With Ayurveda in the Modern World
Cooking for TASTE and cooking for HEALTH focuses on the creation of easy to digest meals, a better quality of life, and can assist with weight loss and other health related issues over time.
This workshop will provide cooking demonstrations for both vegetarian and meat options, along with an Ayurvedic health discussion and a sit down meal. We will also provide you with recipes to take home and try for yourself!
Bhavana Chawla's Indian heritage and personal journey assists her to empower people so they can grow and elevate themselves. She also enjoys assisting people weight loss, chronic health issues, ect so they can awaken to their light on a pathway to optimal health and happiness.
Kathryn Stoerzbach has been studying holistic health for the past 10 years. Her passion drives from her own personal past health issues. Her own relationship to food has been transformed by becoming an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and applying what she has learned over the past years.
