With 6 simple ingredients take your day from dull to Dreamy, in just a flick (or rather stir) of the wrist. Setting out and measuring your ingredients so they are prepared in taking the swirl to transform sets up for one easy time.

Pacifying to Vata & Kapha and increases Pitta


1 cup tahini
4-8 tablespoon cacao powder 
4 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
4 tablespoons sweetener Honey or Maple Syrup*
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Course sea salt 


*Vata/Kapha doshic type use Honey & Pitta doshic type use Maple syrup


Large glass mixing bowl
Rubber spatula 

Added bonuses:

** Dates can be soaked and blended in as a sweetener substitute 
** Sprinkle with sesame seeds
** SPICE it up with cinnamon, cardamon or other prefered spices to make it your own

Begin by adding your cacao powder into the bowl of tahini. The amount of cacao you add will depend on personal preference of bitterness.

Add in coconut oil, sweetener of choice, and vanilla. Stir until a smooth consistency. 

Add in and top off with course sea salt. 

Store in a mason jar in the fridge and nibble into the delight of dreaminess anytime you'd like.
